Meet Your Team
Founder / ProducerCallum Plews is an audio producer and the founder of Analog Candle. He has always been fascinated with the intersection of technology, composition, and production, and received training from music pioneer Morton Subotnik while attaining his Masters degree in Music Technology from NYU. He has recorded and mixed for a range of notable figures: from astronauts (Mike Massimino) to experimental musicians (Angela Seo from Xiu Xiu), Callum’s goal remains the same: to capture a spark of magic through the transducer of a microphone.
Audio Engineer / Producer / ComposerAndre Kelman is an engineer, mixer, producer, and composer with over 12 years of experience. His credits span music, film, TV and advertising. Andre has worked with artists like Beastie Boys, David Byrne, Jack White, Santi Gold, Phoenix, Danger Mouse and many more.
Composer / Artist RelationsMarco is a musician, composer, and the company’s A&R lead. With an eye for emerging talent, Marco’s primary strength lies in is his ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Throughout his 10 years of teaching music, Marco has effectively implemented the creative goals of musicians spanning many genres. This collaborative spirit is the center of Marco’s work at Analog Candle.

Kyle Andrews is a film editor, writer, and director based in NYC. He specializes in music videos and narrative shorts, with a sharp ability to make unexpected and idiosyncratic creative choices
Business Development / ManagerJordan joins our team as a consultant for business development and growth.
He is an avid listener of podcasts covering a range of topics, enjoys discovering independent artists, and loves audiobooks. He recently finished writing his first sci-fi novel and has begun the editing phase.
